Train

The huge machine pushing forth
Its mass unmatched, its belly roaring
Coming to a halt with a squeal and a sigh
It would crush a body when given the chance
A man, sitting each night
Watching the trains, waiting his turn
When suffering becomes too much
He will hurl himself at the beast
And be completely pulverized
Every memory, every thought, even every song
Dashed into oblivion
Never to be realized fully
The impact not quite as severe as
His existence
